My work experience stems from customer service and information. Through Continuing Education, I am able to keep up to date on relevant real estate matters, such as, Legal Updates, MSHDA and Rural Development Homeownership programs, Land Contracts, SEVs Transfers and Taxes, Successfully Selling HUD Homes, as well as Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.
