Through Continuing Education, I am able to keep up to date on relevant real estate matters, such as Successfully Selling HUD Homes, MSHDAs Homeownership Programs - Delivering Dreams, legal updates: SEVs Transfers and Taxes, Land Contracts, as well as Code of Ethics and Professional Standards, and also obtain accreditation for the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative 2007.
